First Day Advance Warehouse Receiving Acceptance Shipments received via small package carrier will be charged an additional 30%. **The advance warehouse is closed on Thursday, July 4, 2025** Warehouse receiving is Monday - Friday; 8:00 am – 4:00 pm |

Monday, July 7 |
Advance Order Discount / Cancellation Deadline Forms must be received by Viper with full payment. This is also the deadline for cancellations. No refunds or discounts are provided after this date. |

Monday, July 21 |
Late to Warehouse Advance Warehouse must receive your freight by 4:00 pm on this date to avoid late charges. All shipments received after this date will be charged a late fee of an additional 30%. |

Friday, July 25 |
Last Day of Advance Warehouse Receiving Your freight will be accepted; however, you will be charged a late fee. Your freight will be in your booth at the start of exhibitor move-in. |

Tuesday, July 29 |
Show Site Deliveries: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center All show site shipments are to be delivered during move-in hours only on this day. Shipments sent before these dates are at risk of being refused, or charges by hotel and Viper may apply. |

Exhibitor Kit
The ChannelCon exhibitor kit contains show information and forms for shipping, internet access, electrical orders, lead retrieval, payment options, furniture, booth accessories, etc. You will receive the kit directly from Viper Tradeshow Services. Please note: All advanced orders and payments must be received by July 7 to receive discounts.
Viper Tradeshow Services will be handling all booth material deliveries to the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center
The Technology Vendor Fair is in the Delta Ballroom located in the Convention Center on Level Two. The exhibit hall is carpeted.
Standard Booth Equipment Provided:
- Booth size: 8' deep x 10' wide
- 8' charcoal back drape; 3' charcoal side drape
- One 6' skirted table
- Two side chairs
- One black & white 6" x 24" ID sign
- One wastebasket
- Complimentary basic wireless internet access
